MEET THE PROMOTER: CYNTHIA Carson

Hi friends! My name is Cynthia and I am from Arlington, Virginia. My friends call me Wagon.

I found my love for the mountains while attending James Madison University. I started riding a time trial bike and slowly found the love of unpaved roads on all types of bikes. After racing competitively on the road for several years, I convinced my road team manager to change the team direction to gravel and bring me on as assistant manager. After tackling some of the biggest Gravel races in 2019 I decided it was time to show off my home turf around the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I have raced my fair share of gravel and have pinpointed the good, bad, and things to shred on for GraVista. I'm excited to put on a race around the roads I spent my time training on. The views are endless... and so is the climbing!
